A Contemplative Book Study of The Universal Christ by Richard Rohr, Convergent Books, 2019
Purpose: To engage in thoughtful and transforming reflection and conversation on the Universal Christ as presented in Richard Rohr’s new and important book. At the initial meeting, participants will be provided helpful background information and a way of reading the most important first 7 chapters of the book. At a second and third meeting after reading the first 7 key chapters of the book, participants will share critical insights and questions. Participants do not have to have the book or read it before the first session.
