THE ENNEAGRAM -
ALONG THE JOURNEY OF ILLUMINATION
April 5-7, 2019
QUICK LINKS
Whether you are new to the Enneagram or have been a long-time student, we are offering a three-day retreat to explore the gifts of the Enneagram through the use of teachings, music, small group councils and question and response.
Our retreat will cover topics beyond simple typing through invitations to find all nine types within you. Starting from the positive aspects of each type, the participants will be led through a journey of how each type becomes disconnected from their inherent goodness and stay disconnected by doing more and more of what works less and less. As we delve deeper on this journey, the participants will then be led back to the place of original goodness and connection. We look forward to seeing you!

The Enneagram is an ancient tool for assessing personality armor patterns. In order to effect lasting and fruitful change in your life, it would be helpful to first identify the patterns of personality that are inhibiting the change. There are nine core patterns identified through the Enneagram, with multiple combinations of health, wings, and stress/security movements.

THE RETREAT IN DEPTH
This retreat is NOT another lecture-style Enneagram Retreat. It is fully immersive and will utilize various techniques to transmit the Wisdom of the Enneagram. The retreat will involve teachings, rituals, music and video clips, small group councils, embodiment and centering/meditation practices and question and response.
The retreat has been developed around Illuman’s Journey of Illumination and includes the five touchstones: Gathering, Centering, Connecting, Releasing and Serving. These touchstones are not an afterthought to the retreat but foundational.
Why should I attend this Enneagram retreat when I already know my type. This retreat is designed to move past the discussion of characteristics of each type and deeper into the “why” of each type. We will do this through an exploration of the connection of each type with the divine, wounding, how we relate to others, finding each Enneagram type within us and what is ours to do. The retreat is designed to look at the Enneagram as a multi-faceted tool and not a flat personality system. Our Enneagram type is what shows up when we don’t.
