Join us as we gather this January with other men also on a spiritual journey for a retreat focused on inner transformation and the power of writing and poetry to make this possible!
The Men Writing for Change 2019 retreat will again take place at the Jesuit Spiritual Center at Milford. Those who participated last year will be glad to know that we will be delivering an entirely new program with rituals, councils and writing prompts created to further the development of our spirituality, thus allowing our souls to speak even more boldly and powerfully through the simple language of poetry.
And for those men interested in attending, but who did not participate this past year, fear not! This retreat is open to all men on a spiritual journey and there is no need for you to be an accomplished poet. We seek to create a welcoming environment in which you can discover the poet living inside of you.

About the retreat Content Carriers
Brian Mueller and Tom Sparough will be the retreat Content Carriers. Brian is a graphic designer and poet, and has previously offered this retreat for the Indiana-Michigan MALEs and the Ohio Chapter of Illuman. Tom is also known as the “Space Painter” and is a performance artist and writer specializing in delivering keynotes and programs that are both entertaining and educational.

Cancellations
Cancellations cannot be made after December 30, 2018. We apologize that we cannot provide refunds for any reason including the weather. Our contract with the Jesuit Spiritual Center at Milford requires a nonrefundable deposit and holds us to a minimum number of participants. Please note we make little or no money offering these retreats. Our goal is to provide affordable and beneficial programs to men on a spiritual journey.
